  • Sports Massage

    Geared toward participants in athletics. Used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

  • Swedish Massage

    We specialize in the application of Swedish Massage in almost all our massages. The purpose of Swedish Massage is to relax and soothe your muscles. This application consists of long strokes and pressure to calm the mind, improve circulation, and remove toxins.

  • Deep Tissue

    Uses strong pressure, slow deep strokes, and friction across the muscle grain to release chronic muscle tension.

  • Trigger Point Therapy/ Neuromuscular Massage

    Trigger point therapy is a technique used to address tight areas within the muscle that are causing pain in other parts of the body. Using strategic pressure and release applications, our therapist locates and alleviates the source of the discomfort.

  • Myofascial Release

    Manual massage technique for stretching the fascia, integument, and muscles.

  • Shiatsu Massage

    Derived from the Japanese term "Finger Pressure", Shiatsu uses the therapist's finger, and elbow pressure to relax the muscles and relieve stress and pain from the body.

  • Prenatal Massage/Pregnancy Massage

    Technique designed to accommodate the physical needs and comfort of the pregnant client. Helps to lower anxiety, decrease back and leg pain, and improve sleep.

  • Geriatric Massage

    Designed to meet the specific needs of the senior population, involving the use of hands to manipulate the soft tissues of the body to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion.

  • Lymphatic Drainage

    A technique used to gently work and stimulate the lymphatic system, to assist in reduction of localized swelling.

  • Reflexology

    Involves application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. One theory holds that certain areas correspond to organs in the body.

  • Chair Massage

    Usually used for sessions 20 minutes or less, concentrating on neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands. Client remains fully clothed and utilizes specially designed massage chair.

  • AromaTouch Massage

    The doTerra AromaTouch technique is a step-by-step method of applying therapeutic-grade essential oils topically to produce a profound overall wellness experience.

  • Couples Massage

    Any of the above massages performed on two clients at the same time. Rate is the same as two massages.
